RENTAL CONDITIONS TRIPS BY PLACES
RATES
They will be those stipulated above. Prices include VAT.
BOOKINGS
Will be required 20-25% of the agreed price as a deposit and reservation confirmation. The rest of the amount of the trip must be paid inexcusably at the beginning of the trip, at the time of boarding. The reservation can be canceled up to 15 days before the scheduled date without any penalty, after that date the reservation will be lost. In any case, consult our cancellation policy .
FOOD AND DRINK
The crew members will be responsible for buying the food and drinks they wish to consume on board. In special situations or outings, the skipper of the ship may take charge of this task: in this case, he will present the corresponding tickets to the crew members so that the crew members can pay for said purchases.
The preparation and cleaning tasks of the food will be carried out in rotating shifts among all the crew members. The Patron can advise on the most convenient menus and amounts, but does not participate in the cost of food and drink or in its preparation.
As is the general rule in all trips of this type, the Skipper is maintained, which means that the rest of the crew will pay their living expenses, inside the ship. In practice this It means that you will have to make a purchase with him.
EXPENSES
In addition to meals and drinks, the expenses of diesel will be borne by the crew and moorings in case of entering a port other than the base port, which It will normally be optional and the crew will be consulted beforehand.
As a general rule, a week of navigation through the coves of Ibiza and Formentera usually involves expenses of around €100 or €120 per crew member (food, drink and diesel).
Boat cleaning costs are included, as well such as sheets and pillowcases.
GUARDS
On long crossings, guard shifts will be established for the sake of everyone's safety. The employer will indicate and advise in each case of the tasks and surveillance to be provided. In no case will the employer delegate his responsibility.
CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF THE ITINERARY
The initial planned itinerary may be modified and even postponed, at the skipper's discretion, provided that weather conditions or safety and comfort conditions for the crew so advise.
Likewise, the realization of a trip, as are all those announced here, that is to say shared with other crew members, this conditional on there being a sufficient passenger demand. In any case, if this were not the case, El Barco Inglés would notify them well in advance and propose other dates to those who had booked, in order to match a sufficient crew.
