On some cruises, departure is only guaranteed with a minimum number of participants, and if this minimum is not reached, the cruise may be canceled and the amount refunded, without any right to compensation.

Due to adverse weather conditions and/or the state of the sea, the itinerary may suffer variations both in terms of the route and the place of embarkation and disembarkation, and even said trip may be cancelled, since the  safety and comfort compared to other reasons, so that given the case, the amount paid for the reservation of the trip would be refunded, without any right to compensation. However, the user could opt for another trip from those scheduled on different dates.

Due to the  management  mix of boats owned and boats under management:  The boats under management belong to owners who entrust us with the management of customer reservations for an entire season. Sometimes this reservation management is not even exclusive, but they work with other reservation agencies like us.  Therefore, in these cases our company acts as a mere intermediary,  being the management of the boat, the lease and the payments sent directly by the owner of the boat.

It is very rare but has it ever happened that one of the boats has had a technical problem and/or breakdown, and has not been able to be available for the date  hired. In that case or in any other in which the boat is not available for the date  contracted, the lessor (the owner of the ship) would proceed to cancel the contract with a refund of all the amounts received up to that moment, and without the lessee or the other passengers receiving any compensation for this cancellation, reimbursement of airline tickets , etc.
