CANCELLATION POLICY FOR FULL BOAT RENTAL

These cancellation conditions are applicable to full boat rentals offered by EL BARCO INGLÉS and published on this page. Expenses to be paid for  trip cancellation  They will be the following:

• to more  of 60  days  view of the date of shipment, will be charged  10% of the amount deposited as a reserve, returning the rest

• Between 59 and 30 days prior to the date of shipment, it will be retained  60% of the reservation

• If the cancellation occurs within the last 29 days prior to boarding, 100% of the reservation will be retained

As a reminder, the amount deposited as a reserve constitutes 40% of the total  rental

It is recommended that external insurance be taken out (at the user's own expense), which covers unforeseen contingencies beyond their control (illnesses, official citations, etc.).

If what the client demands is not a cancellation, but a change of dates, this  should be carried out sufficiently in advance to allow timely changes to be made, and not cause loss of profits or impacts, both for  El Barco Inglés, as well as itself, after the possible application of this cancellation policy.  

​ If you cannot or do not want to make a trip for any reason, until the time of boarding, you can designate another person to take your place under the same conditions and with the same obligations that you had, without any additional payment.

For any communication of change of trip or cancellation, it will suffice to send an email to  info@elbarcoingles.es , requesting acknowledgment of receipt and indicating whether it is a cancellation or a change of trip and the new date requested.
